What type of bookkeeping duties do you provide?

Import and categorize all transactions, data entry, bank and credit card reconciliation, income statements & profit loss statements, payroll, bill pay, invoicing, and much more!
 

What software do you use?

We currently use quickbooks online and desktop versions of quickbooks. Use another software, contact us and we can come up with a package for you. For payroll we currently use Gusto, but can work in any payroll company if you currently are using a different one.
 

Is online bank DOWNLOADS safe?

Yes most institutions allow download directly to quickbooks. Your information is safe, once your accounts are set up your login and password are never seen by anyone else.
 

Will I have access to my quickbooks?

Yes, with quickbooks online you can access quickbooks anytime, and so can we. So if you are wondering where you stand for monthly expenses at 11:30pm at night you can find out!
 

What is the difference between a bookkeeper and CPA?

Generally a CPA is a accounting professional that specializes in tax preparation and other accounting services. Bookkeepers generally prepare all documents for the CPA to prepare your taxes. We get all detailed work done so once its tax time your accountant can start on your taxes immediately.
